When we first swung a leg over the Stark Varg back in Barcelona in 2022, it was clear the electric platform was going to shake things up.
Fast forward to now, and we’ve been spending proper time with the Stark Varg EX here in Australia, riding it hard, testing its limits, and seeing how it fits into real-world off-road riding.
One thing has stood out more than anything else.
There’s surprisingly little that needs to be changed.
On a typical petrol-powered bike, the modification list starts forming before the first tank is empty. Pipe, ECU, gearing, bars, grips, tyres, suspension tweaks. It’s almost automatic. But with the Varg EX, the approach has been very different.
In our latest video, we break down exactly what we’ve changed to improve comfort and performance, what we left completely stock, and the one modification we seriously considered… but ultimately decided against.
