The 2015 season is over and the organisers of the Red Bull Rookies Cup are already preparing for next season with their Selection Event for the 2016 Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup.
103 young talented riders, who wish to be invited to join the Rookies Cup will be taking their first steps to Grand Prix stardom, including three Australian's in Ben Bramich, Jack Mahaffy and Billy Van Eerde.
It is a happy coincidence that the Selection Event coincides with ex Rookies Cup Champion Johann Zarco being crowned Moto2 World Champion. Fellow ex Rookie Danny Kent is heading the Moto3 World Championship.
This year's Selection Event is in Guadix, near Granada in Spain and runs over three days. October 15th 16th 17th.
For the first time in 10 years anyone can vote on the Red Bull Rookies Facebook Page for their favourite applicant.
All you have to do to help the Aussie boys make it through is to write their names into the comments in a post by on the RB Rookies FB page
