Multiple Victorian and Australian junior champion Wayde Carter conquered Colac during the second round of the 2013 Victorian Junior Motocross Championships on May 25-26.
The GMR Motorex KTM rider won three out of three motos in the A-Grade 250cc class on Sunday, May 26. Carter picked up a maximum of 75 points, which now has him in second place overall, just two points behind fellow Victorians Jed Beaton and 24-points over Matthew Hopkins-Talty.
The stage is set for a thrilling finish when the third and final round of Victoria‰Ûªs premier junior motocross competition takes place in Albury-Wodonga on July 13-14.
‰ÛÏI didn‰Ûªt ride so well in Round 1 but here at Colac I like the sand a lot and I‰Ûªve ridden it a few times. It‰Ûªs not as rough as I thought it would get. The track has been good and the riding has been good,‰Û
