Riders who wish to compete in the 2008 Australian Motocross Championship Under 19 class are asked to send their expressions of interest to WEM PO Box 1370 Warragul Vic 3820 or via Email to

Expression should detail rider experience and results and the number of round they wish to compete.
Riders who don‰Ûªt wish to compete at all rounds should note that their will be positions on a round by round to fill grids were series rider may be injured.
Rider will only be considered if they are entering the entire series.
It is planned that the under 19‰Ûªs will compete at all 9 rounds of the series.
Riders will be required to sign a binding contract to compete at all 9 rounds.
Once the expressions of interest have come in WEM in consultation with the MA Motocross Commission will announce the qualifying process, should the number of competitors well exceed the 40 positions available qualifying may be conducted at the beginning of the series.
As has been the system for the last 4 years WEM will adopt the same system as in Pro Lites and Pro Open, the top 10 from last years series and factory contracted riders will automatically Qualify.
Pro Lites & Pro Open Championship
The system for Lites and Open will be the same as 2007, the top 20 from the 2007 championship plus the contracted factory riders.
All riders including top 20 riders must now nominate there intention for the Championship, Series position will be only offered to rider who commit to the complete series.
