The second round of the Dirt Action AMCROSS Series was battled out over the weekend (April 5 and 6) in Cooma and provided some fantastic action and challenging conditions for both spectators and riders.
The weekend was dominated by one name, 'Price'. Group 1 of the Senior Over 250cc 4-stroke class was dominated all day by
Steven Price who took out first place in all of his races in order to finish out on top podium position. Again the name 'Price' took control as
Toby Price finished at the front of the A and B Grade Open class with two wins and a second in his three races.
There was a battle to be had in the Ladies All Powers as
Jessica Nesbitt and
Danielle Rutledge raced along side all day. Nesbitt won the class finishing first in all of the races with
Rutledge not far behind her.
The Over 45's was won by
Gary Brown who had a great day, again one of the few to take out wins in all three of his races.
Other winners were over the weekend; Senior 125cc
Tom Roberts, Senior 250cc and over 2-stroke
TJ Hedger, Senior 250cc 4-stroke Group 1
Adam Hambridge, Senior 250cc 4-stroke Group 1
John Prutti, Senior Over 250cc 4-stroke Group 2
Aaron Meeson, A and B Grade Lites,
