The 2016 Dakar Rally comes to a conclusion this weekend.

It has been a great year for Aussie Dakar fans following Australia's Toby Price as the Red Bull Factory KTM Rider heads into the weekend and the final two stages with a more than handy 35 minute plus lead.

All eyes will be on the live timing early Saturday and more so Sunday morning as we all keep our fingers crossed that Price can become the first Australian to win the Dakar.

2016 AMA MONSTER ENERGY SUPERCROSS ROUND 2 - San Diego

The second round of the 2016 Monster Energy Supercross Championship heads to Petco Park in San Diego.

IN the SX class it is Rockstar Husqvarna's Jason Anderon who leads the way into round two after claiming the manufactures first ever SX main event win at A1.

There is no doubt A1 left us all wanting for more with a million different story lines coming from the season opener and with most of the top SX riders back for a second straight week, minus the suspended Weston Peick and James Stewart being in a little doubt, San Diego should offer up just as much drama with 7-8 riders capable of taking the race win.

Australia will be well represented in the SX class once again with Chad Reed fresh off a 6th place finish at A1 heading into his second race aboard his Factory Yamaha, while Lawson Bopping will be aiming to repeat his great performance last weekend qualifying into the main event.

Cody Webb was a clear winner in the 250 West class at A1, chasing down Jessey Nelson by mid race before clearing out for a comfortable win. With Nelson looking as though he will be out for round two due to a mid week crash Webb is going to be hard to bet against this Saturday.

Australia's Hayden Mellross had a dream first ever American SX race, finishing 11th in the main event in the 250 SX main event at A1. With a solid team behind him and his first race nerves out of the way, Mellross will be even more settled heading into San Diego.

Both Jackson Richardson and Geran Stapleton had rough weekends at A1 with both riders hitting the deck hard. Richardson once again showed early in the day that he has the speed to make the main, qualifying in 16th position and with a little more luck will be back pushing for a top then result on Saturday. Stapleton posted that he may have fractured a bone in his hand in his crash in his heat that sidelined him from the LCQ but was hopeful of lining up again this week.

The Troy Bayliss Class will be streamed live around the world this weekend, but nothing would beat being there live!
TROY BAYLISS CLASSIC

The biggest Flat Track race of the year wil be held this weekend when the Troy Bayliss Classic heads to Taree with the who's who of the flat track world lining up to take the win.

With international and national flat track stars lining up along with some of the top riders from other other Off-road and road racing disiplines the Troy Bayliss Classic has quickly beome the must do pre season race in Australia.

In a big bonus for Flat Track fans world wide and in Australia outside of New South Wales, NRGTV will stream the racing live online thanks to MOTO EXPO.

We wil have the stream embeded on the site to make it nice and easy to find when the action starts.

For those wanting to see the action live at the track tickets can be bought at the gate (Cash Only) with the car park open from 7am and track gates open from 9am.

FULLNOISE.COM.AU's Weekend Ahead

This weekend we will be heading out to a local MX track in South Aus to get some riding under the belt.

Before we head track side though we will be updating stage 12 of the Dakar and checking in on how things are going with Toby.

Our Suzuki RM-Z450 is loaded up and ready to carve out some laps as soon as our Daily Dakar update is online Saturday morning.

After riding we will head back to the lap top and kick back and watch the Troy Bayliss Classic via the NRGTV live stream

Sunday morning we will be glued to the DAKAR live timing as we hopefully help cheer Toby home for the win.

We will then spend the morning in front of the television as we take in all the live practice and qualifying from San Diego via Supercrosslive.com then catch the racing on ESPN LIVE on ESPN at 1.30PM Yes LIVE this weekend!
