Motorcycling Australia (MA) has released the Starting List for the 2011 FIM Track Racing Sidecar 1000cc World Championship Final, which will take place in South Australia on 12 November.
The rider list and starting draw, as declared by the FIM, will put seven Australian teams on the start line with two sitting ready in reserve.
The Aussie contingent will be led by reigning World Champion Mick Headland. The South Australian native will reunite with his 2009 World Title winning passenger Paul Waters, who is who is making his return to the finals arena after sitting 2010 out due to injury.
Headland and Waters will be joined by fellow Aussie duos Chris Pascoe and Simon Cohrs, Mark Mitchell and Tom Golding, Mark Plaisted and Jamie Banks, Glenn O'Brien and Aaryn Maynard, Darrin Treloar and Justine Plaisted and Grant Bond and Glenn Cox.
The Australians will face strong competition from some of the best Track Sidecar riders and passengers from New Zealand and Great Britain.
