This Sundaythe 29th of July at the BSA Cup the Womens Quads will be racing for their WA State Championship at the Noble Falls Circuit.
The Noble Falls circuit located on the outskirts of the metro area is a favourite amongst quad riders, mostly due to the speeds they can get up to on the hard pack surface.
With no rain forecast for the remainder of the week all signs point so spectators seeing some great racing amongst the Ladies & Vets.
The riders list is headed by the current Australian Champion Sarah Moore, having won her title in Queensland last October. The youngster has been riding all year in the State Motocross Championships along with Australian number two Simone Gaisford, with the pair have been battling out every moto at every track this year to date.
2010 Australian Womens quad champion Teniel Morgan is back and looking to regain both her state and National titles in 2012.
Red Hot favourites Caitlin Piesse and Melissa Davies put in a huge summer at the ATV Club's Sundown ArenaCross and will be out there to win, while Casey Fisher and Lisa Stanborough will relish racing it out with the Women, instead of being in a field of Men.
The Women's class has been running since 2007 and as yet has had a different winner each year, 2011 saw Bernice Ackermann take the title, Bernice has moved to solo's and wont be competing in 2012
The Veterans Class champion from 2011, Dave Harris, is back to defend his title, it will be a huge race between him and Barry Noy and Matt McKay who is a major player heading into this years race and he is not frightened to mix it up with Pro's.
Jeff Hogan will make the trip from Kalgoorlie and it will be his first race in Vets along with Paul Zuchetti. Darryl Maringoni is the probably the longest serving quad racer in the state and he will relish the competition of the veterans class.
The Women's Quads and Veterans Quads will be on the same grid and competition is expected to be fierce. Racing gets underway on Sunday the 29th of July at 9am, with full canteen and bar facilities avaliable.
