Motorcycling Australia (MA) can confirm that rider Jesse Dobson has withdrawn from the Australian Team, set to compete at the 2011 Junior Motocross World Championship, and will be replaced by reserve rider Mitchell Evans.
Evans, who hails from Cairns in Queensland, will join state compatriot Wilson Todd, in the 85cc class: with the two riders stepping up from the 65cc class in the 2010 Australian Team.
The 2011 Junior Motocross World Championship will be held at Cingoli, Italy on 13-14 August.
