Position Available: Manager – State Motorcycle Sports Complex

Motorcycling Victoria (MV) is the controlling body for the sporting motorcycle activities in the state of Victoria. We currently have approximately 4500 members spread over approximately 70 clubs across the state.

MV is seeking applicants to apply for the role of Manager - State Motorcycle Sports Complex, located in Broadford.

The main duties of the role include:
Circuit Management
Property Maintenance and Development
Administration
Finance Management
Promotion and Enhancement of the Complex and the sport of motorcycling

The successful candidate for this role should possess:
Strong leadership and management experience
A desire to get their hands dirty, with a lead-from-the-front approach
A creative and entrepreneurial approach to the management of the facility
Experience in maintaining and promoting stakeholder relationships
Strong administration skills

MV is looking for the right person to take the Broadford Complex, and the sport of motorcycling in Victoria to new levels of professionalism, participation, and growth.

MV are looking for someone who has an understanding of sport, and can address the issues which currently exist in facilitating the venue needs of our club-based organisation.
