One round remains, three motos and 75 points up for grabs, and it is all but a formality for WAMX Quad Championship series leader Chris Bosnakis.
Bosnakis continued his dominance last Sunday at round five of the Quad Championships with Shaun Woodhead who finished second not having it all his own way battling with Josh McKay in third for the day.
The riders upped the anti in their penultimate round with some of the best racing this season witnessed between Mat Robbins, Luke Ovens, Daniel Soltoggio, Luke Capogreco, Brendan Reynolds and Michael Harcourt.
The deep sands and technical aspect of Shrubland Park kept all on their toes, and whilst Bosnakis didn't get the starts he had been getting throughout the season, he came through with the goods to check out from the packs. That left the brilliant battles to unfold with at one point a four way battle ensuring for second place in the motos.
"Shaun (Woodhead got two great holeshots over me today but I was able to get the number 2 Yamaha up to the front of the motos all day", said Bosnakis, "I enjoyed the competition today it was great to have Josh Mckay back out there racing with us, the atmosphere today was electric the crowd were great and the whole day had a great vibe.
"I look forward to bringing home this championship at BSA next month".
With the round win, Bosnakis holds a 65 point buffer over second placed Shaun Woodhead with Luke Ovens in third. Chris Bosnakis carries his winning form into next months finale at Noble Falls, where the series will wrap up.
