MX1 Australia is a growing online motorcycle accessories company specialising in high quality European products for dirt bikes.
They are seeking an energetic, motivated and positive person to become part of our sales team in the position of Online Sales Consultant and Customer Service.
Applicant needs to have extensive knowledge of all dirt bike brands and models, strive for accuracy and attention to detail, and most importantly have an understanding about the importance of customer service.
You need to be proactive in your approach to sales and customer orders, have common sense and can recognize the needs of the customer and how we can best satisfy them.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Answering inbound sales emails and telephone calls
Processing customer orders for dispatch
Dealing with Showroom enquiries
Support existing team members
Maintaining existing customer base
Support maintaining company website ‰ÛÒ social media - Ebay
You must possess:-
Extensive knowledge of all dirt bike brands and models.
Extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Understand the importance of customer service.
Excellent phone technique, people skills and are well presented.
A high level of computer literacy
Understanding of Ebay (Not required but preferred)
Self-motivated to work without supervision & prioritising tasks to completion within set deadlines.
Ride or race dirt bikes (not required but preferred)
What is on offer
Salary of $40-50K depending on applicants skills and experience.
Superannuation plus Bonus on sales targets
Hours 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday
Friendly work environment.
