The 2008 Rockstar Energy Drink Motocross Nationals are coming to Horsham and four lucky schools are gearing up for a visit from some of the best in the business.
On Friday 11 April, Queensland Motocross star Nathan Crawford, Ross Beaton of Tasmania and local rider Jory Hancock will be speaking with the schools, showing off their safety gear and their bikes.
The riders will talk to students about safety, health and nutrition, achieving dreams through hard work and will also hand out children‰Ûªs passes to the second round of the National Championship to be held on Sunday 13 April.
Horsham North Primary School, Horsham West Primary School, Horsham Secondary College and Horsham Primary School 298 are the four lucky schools to score a visit from the Motocross riders with the students eagerly anticipating their guests.
Event Director, Kevin Williams, who will be attending two of the visits, said this is a great opportunity for the riders to give something back to the communities they visit and share their experiences with the students.
