South Australian based Moss Institute team riders featured well at the third round of the 2010 South Australian Motocross Championships held recently at Port Pirie on the 12th & 13th June.
Rookie, Mitchell Norris took complete control of the Pro Lites class with 5 moto wins from 5 starts for the class overall and also showed his class by winning his third moto on Sunday morning on a borrowed bike when he struck electrical problems with his own race bike.
Asked how he felt about leading the championship Norris said, ‰ÛÏWell, I have really surprised myself so far this year, I came into the first round aiming for a podium finish, so far being consistent has put me on top, it`s an amazing feeling to be leading the state titles half way through my first year of senior competition.‰Û
