Michelin will continue it's partnership with SA Dirt Bikes race team, Dirty Bits Racing for 2006.
"We're happy to continue our relationship with Michelin in 2006. They have
supported us well and have the best products on the market for off road use,
as proven by our many Championships wins in 2004 and 2005", commented
SA Dirt Bikes Dealer Principle, Evan Byles.
"The 24 Hour Trial is the premier off road event of the season and to have
Michelin Bib Mousse inserts removes the possibility of getting a flat tyre. This
is now a necessity with the rules stipulating that a rider must carry all of his
tools and equipment for the entire race. Michelin Bib Mousse have been 100%
reliable over two championships", he explained.
Tim Langridge, Marketing Manager for Wayne Gardner Enterprises, the South
Australian Distributor of Michelin, commented on the partnership:
"Wayne Gardner Enterprises have been distributing Michelin products in
South Australia since 2004 and according to the current levels of off road tyre
sales are fast becoming market leaders. Thanks to the support from SA Dirt
Bikes and their Dirty Bits Racing team, we can look forward to another great
year ahead and wish the best of success to Dirty Bits Racing."
