Metcalfe came into the final round aboard his YZ450F with the title on the line. With the last round being his home track expectations were high and he managed to live up to them. Metcalfe stated, ‰ÛÏI have been hanging for this round since the beginning, it is one of my favourite tracks to race on and the surface just suits me I guess. I managed to take 1-2-3-5-2 results for the overall round win and take the championship as well‰Û
