Kade Mosig and Cheyne Boyd guest judges at Saturday‰Ûªs Grom‰Ûªs on the Gas Final The Rosebud club in Victoria‰Ûªs peninsula region plays host tomorrow to the Honda Grom‰Ûªs on the Gas ‰Û÷Final Showdown‰Ûª. The event will see all seven state winners from earlier in the year go head to head in four categories (lap time, technique judging, public speaking and fitness) to see who will be crowned winner for 2009. Judges for the event will be event director Lee Hogan, assistant coach Jades Oates and Australian Supercross regulars Kade Mosig and Cheyne Boyd who will not only ad credibility to the judging but also a bit of extra pressure for the riders to perform on the day. The Honda Grom‰Ûªs on the Gas Final Showdown gets underway at 9am for rider practice with the competition kicking off at 10am. Heavy rain is expected to make the conditions tough but our 7 state winners will be focused on the prize at hand. The big winner at the end of the day will receive and factory support ride from Honda Motorcycles, with additional sponsorship from Lee Hogan‰Ûªs Building Champions Program, Fox Clothing, Fuchs Silkolene Oils, Nine Two graphics, and a host of other sponsors. An in-depth interview with Dirt Action Magazine completes the package that will kickstart any young riders career.
