Defending 250 West Champion Justin Hill will not be racing in the 250 East/ West Showdown at the Monster Energy Supercross round at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, USA.
Hill had finished third and scored a victory on his Suzuki RM-Z250 in the previous 250 West rounds and was gaining ground in the title chase. The defending 250 West Supercross Champion came down with an ailment earlier in the week, but that didn‰Ûªt dissuade him travelling to Indianapolis in an effort to close the points gap.
However, Hill‰Ûªs illness didn‰Ûªt improve, and this morning he went to a local hospital for evaluation. It has been determined that he will not be able to race tonight.
The Autotrader/ Yoshimura/ Suzuki Factory Racing team will provide an update on Hill‰Ûªs health status as more information becomes available.
