Jemma Wilson today heads to Sweden to meet up with her new team as she embarks on the final two rounds of the Enduro World Championships being held in Italy and France.

After competing in the first two rounds in Spain and Portugal aboard a Yamaha YZ250F, Wilson has picked up a ride with Swedish Honda team, Johansson Honda for the final two rounds.

The rider who currently sits second in the Australian off road series in the Women's class, currently sits sixth in the standings in the Women's class of the EWC and it gatefull to have an opportunity to head back over to complete the championship.

"I am heading over to Sweden to ride with Swedish Honda Team, Johansson Honda." explained Wilson. "I will be competing in the two final rounds of the EWC's in Italy and France with their assistance."

"I am very grateful to have the opportunity to head over there 3 weeks early and get the feel of the bike and how the team works" she continued.

With the current break in the Australian domestic season, Wilson will not miss any of the national rounds of the Off Road series and is looking forward to getting back and challenging Jessica Gardiner, who she currently trails by a single point, for the championship title.

"I still will not miss any of the AORC's, and am looking forward to racing those and the ISDE on my Yamaha YZF250, with the continued assistance of Yamaha Motor Australia." commented Wilson.

"After winning the two rounds held in Broadford, I am now only trailing the lead by one point at the AORC" she concluded.
