They have been one of the most successful pairings in Motorcycle Sport in recent years and they are again back together for a crack at the 2011 FIM Track Racing Sidecar 1000cc World Championship this Saturday at Murray Bridge.
Mick Headland and Paul Waters will take on some of Australia's, New Zealand's and Great Britain's best pairings in the hope of taking out their third title together on home soil.
The pair claimed World Championship wins in 2007 and 2009, before injury forced Waters to miss last year's event in England, leaving Headland to team up with son, Jesse.
The father-son duo came through to claim last year's event, allowing Headland to record back-to-back titles.
With Waters back in the passenger slot, the pair will be out to capture their third World Championship, continuing the South Australians dominance of Speedway Sidecar racing.
