Vintage bikes without brakes, and Harleys that can reach speeds of well over 150 kmph, will be on show when over 200 riders compete for the state‰Ûªs highest and oldest, accolades at the 2013 Victorian Historic Road Racing Championships this weekend at Broadford‰Ûªs State Motorcycle Sports Complex on April 6-7.
The Historic Motorcycle Racing Association of Victoria will be presenting an event-packed program for two days and Solos from all eras will compete over four legs for the coveted Victorian Historic Road Racing Championships.
The always-popular Sidecar handicap races will also ensure non-stop action throughout the weekend.
HMRAV vice-president David Philpots is expecting a huge turnout, both with riders and spectators, this weekend.
