
Ernée in the French countryside steeped in motocross history and famed for its passionate fans, is set to host the 76th edition of the Monster Energy FIM Motocross of Nations from October 6th to 8th.
The anticipation is building among riders, teams, and motocross enthusiasts worldwide, as this promises to be an event not to be missed.
The Raymond Demy circuit at Ernée has a storied legacy of hosting prestigious motocross events, including memorable Motocross of Nations races in 2005 and 2015. The circuit’s iconic start, surrounded by fervent spectators, is awe-inspiring. Ernée’s atmosphere is renowned for its tightly packed fans encircling the track, creating an electrifying and legendary ambience.

The 2023 event is expected to draw an enormous crowd, with passionate fans driving the teams’ performances, ensuring a spectacular spectacle. The 2023 Monster Energy FIM Motocross of Nations is a must-attend event featuring the world’s top motocross riders, promising an exhilarating weekend.
In recent editions of the Monster Energy FIM Motocross of Nations, home nations have claimed victory. Team Netherlands dominated in Assen in 2019, securing their first-ever win. In 2021, Team Italy, led by legend Antonio Cairoli, emerged victorious in Mantova after a closely contested battle. In 2022, Team USA ended an 11-year drought, winning on their home turf at RedBud.

This year, Team USA enters as the defending champion, boasting a rich history with 23 titles. Their lineup includes Aaron Plessinger, R.J Hampshire, and Christian Craig, aiming to secure the Chamberlain Trophy on European soil for the first time since 2011.
Team France, one of the favorites, will compete at home with Romain Febvre, Maxime Renaux, and Tom Vialle, all former Motocross World Champions. Their strong presence is bolstered by a passionate French following.
Team Australia, featuring the Lawrence brothers, Jett and Hunter, along with Dean Ferris, is another top contender. With dominant performances in America this season, they aim to secure their first MXoN title.

Team Belgium, the youngest team with an average age of 19.3 years, boasts a strong trio: Jago Geerts, Liam Everts, and Lucas Coenen, aiming to claim another Chamberlain Trophy.
Spain’s team includes newly crowned MXGP World Champion Jorge Prado, adding to their podium-contending lineup alongside Ruben Fernandez and Oriol Oliver. Germany, with Ken Roczen returning after five years, looks forward to a strong performance.
Other strong contenders include Team Netherlands, Team Italy, Team Latvia, and Team Switzerland, with experienced lineups.
The 76th edition of the event will feature 38 teams, including a special team representing FIM Latin America and teams from various continents, promising an event larger and more spectacular than ever before. With a highly competitive roster, the final podium outcome is unpredictable, adding to the excitement of this prestigious motocross competition.
