Kiwi Nick Saunders wil replace the injured Troy Carroll for the remainder of the 2008 Rockstar MX Nationals.
Troy Carroll is going in for surgery to his right shoulder on Wednesday and will be out for 3 months.
"Troy and I have talked and have decided the best thing for the team would be to get his shoulder right and get him ready for the Supercross series," team owner kevin Cruthcher said.
"Rather than park the bike in Troy's absence, my wife Sheree said we must find a rider to have on the Cool Air Troy Carroll Kawasaki 450 bike for all of our sponsors. This has kept us very busy. Nick is accustomed to the Kawasaki Bikes in New Zealand so we are looking forward in getting him on our Cool Air Troy Carroll Kawasaki Racing Team. Nick will be running 909 on our bikes.
Team Cool Air Troy Carroll Kawasaki will be racing round three at Conadale, QLD, this weekend.
Adam Monea riding the Kawasaki 250 in the Pro Lites is ready to continue his great form after round 2.
Jake Pengelly will be there also however not competing as he is getting ready for the under 19 season to start in round 4.
Troy will be there also after surgery.
