The grid for the 2018 Monster Energy S-X Open Auckland is set to be bolstered by another World Supercross ace.
Geico Honda‰Ûªs Christian Craig is making the trek to New Zealand as he prepares to do battle inside Mt Smart Stadium on November 24.
Craig has become a staple in World Supercross competition over the last few years, with the Californian native capturing multiple podiums in the 250cc division since his debut in 2009.
Now entering his third full season with the powerhouse Geico Honda squad, Craig will be well and truly in contention for the championship, with New Zealand providing a great training platform to experience gate drops, as well as competing with against the world‰Ûªs best.
‰ÛÏNew Zealand is a place I‰Ûªve wanted to visit for a while, so having a race there heading into the World Supercross Championship really is perfect timing." Craig commented.
