Calder Park Thunderdome to host Moto Mayhem II

The second running of the Moto mayhem style event will take pace at the massive Calder Park Thunderdome. The venue renown for the rumble of Nascars will be transformed into a Olympic style arena for the Western QBE Victorian Moto Mayhem, with 7 forms of motorcycle racing and competition being held within the Dome on one day, Sunday 25th November 2007. Just 20 minutes from Melbourne on the Calder Highway, the venue will have great access from the city and only 10minutes from the airport. With Pro racers from all 7 Disciplines going for GOLD in this new Pro format. 600 plus riders are expected to attend this memorable event. With Australia‰Ûªs best and some international racers, Stunt riders and Free-stylers will be wooing the crowds in their respective competitions Each of these 7 Disciplines on these 7 different specific circuits at Calder Park will be running all day, However to the delight of the Fans each discipline will have 1 hour allotted in the schedule for PRO or Feature Class Main events. There will also be Iron man Challenge where 1 racer will compete in 3 different event events, the highest accumulated points score will win the Iron man event. COMPETITION EVENTS ARE:

OTHER FEATURES Trade area Kid Zone. (Jumping Castles + more) Lucky gate prize giveaways including a Mini Bike. Free Posters for autograph sessions. EXTRA INFORMATION AND HINTS FOR SPECTATORS. Pre purchase tickets will be available on-line and at certain bike retailers. If you want to beat the cues on Sunday morning, this will be announced shortly. All tickets will be available at the gate, cash only no Eftpos facilities. Entrance to Calder Park will be via Calder Highway www.motorsport.com.au .
