HM Plant Honda's Josh Brookes goes into second round of the MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship at Thruxton this weekend hoping to put the record straight.
The Australian took fifth place in the opening race of round one at Brands Hatch two weeks ago but crashed out while fighting for the lead next time out, blaming himself.
‰ÛÏThe crash at Brands is behind me now, and I am concentrating on Thruxton, which is special for me as it is not only close to my home in Wimborne, but last year I scored by first BSB podium finish there. It is an open, fast circuit to ride which is good for our bikes so I am going there aiming for winning rides,‰Û
