Young gun, Victorian Honda rider Morgan Fogarty will once again fly the flag for the BCP Pro Circuit Honda Junior Development Team come 2016.
The kid from KIngLake West in country Victoria has been unstoppable this year on board his Honda CRF150R, winning an impressive eight races so far with the last four being on the trot. The decision to continue the relationship with the factory backed Honda Junior team was an easy one after such a breakout year for the 15 year old!
"Everything has fallen into place this year for us and I couldn't be happier with it all," said Fogarty. "The bikes are just awesome and the input that we get from both Lee (Hogan) and Tim (Vare) makes the job so much easier.
"Whether it be with mid week training or just being there for us on race day to come to the start line or walk the track with. I'm gutted that I'll be saying goodbye to the little CRF150R at the end of the year because that thing is so much fun to ride, however I'm looking forward to working with the boys on getting my 250 riding up to where I want it.
"I'm just glad that now I can focus on the Aussie Junior Titles without having to think about next year and just try to put my best foot forward."
Team Manager Lee Hogan is excited to have Fogarty locked in for the upcoming season.
"I'm so proud of our boys!. Both Morgan and Taj Marshall have had breakout seasons this year will plenty of wins under their belt and really shown their talent," said Hogan. "Team rider Jai Constantinou surprised a lot of people getting a win at Horsham's Grand National event."
"I have to say that Morgan and his family made it so easy for us to extend his contract a further 12 months by not only getting the job done on the track but just by going about their thing week in week out without any fuss or trouble at all. It really has been a pleasure working with them and Morgan is just the kind of rider that responds exceptionally well to even the smallest amount of time you put into him."
The BCP Pro Circuit Honda Junior Development Team are in full swing with their training as they prepare for the upcoming Australian Junior Motocross Championships that start September the 28th at Bunbury, in Western Australia. The event is the only week long race on the national calendar.
