The inaugural running of Australian Safari in Western Australia has attracted a total of 103 competitors.
The motorcycle category will be hotly contested, with 82 bikes at the start line. Twenty-one cars will tackle the 5500 competitive kilometre course, which starts in Kununurra on August 24 and finishes in Perth on September 1.
There are a total of 15 international entries, with Dubai, the United States, Japan, Sweden, England, Scotland and Papua New Guinea represented.
Organisers are delighted that the one hundred entry mark has been bettered for the event‰Ûªs debut in the West.
