Applications are now open for any Australian riders wishing to apply to ride as a Wildcard in the Moto125 and Moto2 classes at the 2011 IVECO Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix at Phillip Island.
The F̩d̩ration Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM) has allocated Motorcycling Australia (MA) three Wildcard spots for Moto 125 and one for Moto2, and any interested riders should complete the application form which is located at
www.ma.org.au/forms.
The 2011 Australian MotoGP will take place from 14-16 October, and the wildcards provide a fantastic opportunity for some of our best riding talent to perform on the World stage at Australia's biggest motorcycle event..
Wildcard applications close COB on Friday 12 August 2011, and completed forms should be sent to:
