Motorcycling Australia, with backing from the Australian Sports Commission, will conduct a five-day training camp
for elite speedway competitors at the AIS from November 29 until December 3.
The camp, based at AIS headquarters in Canberra, will combine lecture-style sessions in topics such as sports nutrition,
sports psychology and exercise physiology, with practical-based activities including general conditioning, weight training
and motorcycle-specific on-bike training.
