The 2016 WilSport European Junior Cup, powered by Honda, has just kick-started at MotorLand AragÌ_n in Spain, the venue hosting the first of eight rounds on the calendar.
The European Junior Cup is the entry-level series dedicated to young rising stars who wish to compete at international level on some of the most iconic racetracks in Europe. All participants get to compete aboard identically prepared racing versions of the Honda CBR650F machine.
The EJC is open to male riders between 14 and 21 and to female riders from 14 to 24 years old, who race alongside their male counterparts in the Women‰Ûªs European Cup. With highly experienced and extremely talented mentors and coaches on hand such as Jeremy McWilliams, Maria Costello MBE and current World Supersport rider Kyle Smith, the European Junior Cup is the perfect breeding ground for the stars of tomorrow.
This year‰Ûªs edition of the EJC sees a superb line-up of 30 riders, representing 15 countries.
