An opportunity exists for a Sales Representative to join our team located in Brisbane.
Specific activities of this role include:
åá Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business and customers.
åá Meets and exceed assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned customers.
åá Plan and attend regular meetings with customers.
åá Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel (Sales, Management & Account) in assigned customer accounts. åá Provide product knowledge and training to customers.
åá Co-ordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
åá Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
åá Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
åá Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives and financial targets.
åá You will act as the key interface between the customer and all JTR relevant divisions to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
åá Write business plans for current and new clients.
åá Able to identify and understand the customer's need, propose solutions, close the sale.
åá Achieve Targets and KPIs.
To be successful in this role the applicant will satisfy the following criteria;
åá Experience in motorcycle parts and accessories.
åá Sales Experience
åá Honest, reliable, punctual and trustworthy
åá Self motivated and hardworking
åá Demonstrate the ability to multi task and prioritize workflow to ensure deadlines are met with accuracy.
åá Effective communication skills
åá Ability to work independently and as part of a team
åá Sound computer skills with good attention to detail
