The countdown is on as Melbourne‰Ûªs Calder Park Raceway prepares for the years first major event on the 2013 calendar, the Insuremyride Melbourne enduro-x on Sunday 3rd February.
The short history of the event has proven to be popular with the spectators, the media and the riders. Word has spread to the USA and Europe where at least three top riders are making the trip down under to take on the best of the Aussie riders.
Australian riders Toby Price Motorex KTM, A4DE winner Daniel Milner CDR Yamaha, Jarrod Bewley on a new Team for 2013, Ben Grabham Motorex KTM, Chris Hollis Motorex KTM, and Tom Mc Cormack Yamaha Motor Australia are just a few of the top Aussie riders confirmed in a world class national field.
Top USA riders Kyle Redmond and Wally Palmer have confirmed they will be riding the new all-wheel drive Christini bikes and are flying out to contest the Melbourne enduro-x. Also confirmed for the enduro-x is top pro rider from Munich, Germany, Daniel Sedlak
Kyle Redmond, aged 24 lives in his hometown of Lake Hughes, California USA. Kyle‰Ûªs major achievement, so far, in racing has been when he finished 5th at the Erzberg Enduro on a Christini 300.
