Team Australia has locked in its squad for the 99th edition of the International Six Days Enduro (ISDE), announcing a formidable rider line-up across the World Trophy, Junior World Trophy and Women’s World Trophy classes ahead of the August showdown in Bergamo, Italy.

In the World Trophy team, Jonte Reynders (Tas) and Josh Strang (NSW) retain their places and will be joined by Daniel Milner (Vic) and Andy Wilksch (Vic). Milner and Wilksch return to the green and gold after last competing at the 2022 ISDE in France, while Milner and Strang were part of Australia’s historic 2018 World Trophy-winning team. Milner currently leads the 2025 Australian Enduro Championship outright and will be hungry for another standout ISDE performance.

GNCC regular Josh Strang has retained his place in Team Australia’s World Trophy line-up for the 2025 International Six Days Enduro and will compete in the E3 class.

The Junior World Trophy team, open to riders aged under 23, will feature Kyron Bacon (Tas), Gus Riordan (Vic) and Korey McMahon (NSW). Riordan and McMahon bring experience from their 2024 ISDE campaign in Spain, while Bacon, now competing in the EnduroGP World Championship, joins the squad with high expectations. Riordan was the top-performing Aussie in Spain last year and continues to build form competing in the Grand National Cross Country Series in the United States alongside Strang.

In the Women’s World Trophy, Jess Gardiner (NSW), Danielle McDonald (NSW) and Tayla Jones (NSW) will once again form a powerhouse trio. The same line-up has scored consecutive second-place finishes at the last two ISDEs and will be aiming to reclaim the top step of the podium. Gardiner and Jones, recently inducted into the Australian Motorsport Hall of Fame alongside Jemma Wilson, were part of Australia’s dominant run of six straight Women’s World Trophy victories from 2013 to 2018.

The 2025 ISDE returns to the picturesque terrain of Bergamo in the Lombardy region from August 24–29, marking the event’s second visit to the area since 2021. It is the oldest off-road event on the FIM calendar and has only been held in Australia twice, in 1992 (Cessnock) and 1998 (Traralgon).

Team Australia’s campaign will again be supported by a dedicated management team, with a strong contingent of family, friends and associates also expected to make the journey.

The countdown is now on to Bergamo, where Australia’s best off-road racers will take on the world.
