Tayla Jones has dominated the Women's class during the opening weekend of the 2014 Victorian Off-Road Championships held at Traralgon over the weekend of the 15th and 16th of March.
Conditions were dry and dusty ond day one which caused the track deteriorate quickly. That did not deter Jones who won every leg of day in the Women's class winning all five Sprints throughout the day, finishing 42nd outright.
After a overnight downpour, conditions were perfect for day two on Sunday. Rider raced over a new course once again consisting of five Sprints laps. Jones again dominated the Women‰Ûªs class taking out a convincing win and improving to a very impressive 31st Outright for the day.
‰ÛÏI would like to thank the club and all of the volunteers that made the weekend possible, the tracks were awesome and the rain Saturday night made conditions perfect for racing on Sunday." Jones commented at the end of the day.
"Im stoked with my performance over the weekend and my Highway Performance Bikes KTM 250SX-F was bullet-proof, I am so keen for the first 2 Rounds of the AORC next weekend‰Û
