Daniel McCoy ending a great series.
The 2008 Stroke Supercross Summer Nationals has been declared a major success, following two sell-out events in Tooradin (VIC) and Dubbo (NSW) delivering extreme race action to approximately 20,000 fans in Victoria and New South Wales. A free, action-packed DVD of the Stroke Supercross Summer Nationals Series featuring top supercross racing, Freestyle Motocross displays and car-crunching Monster Truck demo's will be available with an upcoming issue of Australia's premier motocross publication, Stroke Magazine. Series promoter, Full Throttle Sports has expressed its deep gratitude to all of the volunteers, riders, sponsors and fans who have gotten behind the series and shown their support for Australian supercross racing. The overwhelming success of the series has further encouraged Full Throttle Sports to present more events and series of this type in the future. Sean Wisneske, ull Throttle Sports, general manager said, ‰ÛÏThe Stroke Supercross Summer Nationals has been a huge success in every sense, far exceeding our hopes and expectations in both rounds. "Having a short summer series provided the fans and race teams alike with a sneak preview for the upcoming motocross season, and allowed the riders and teams a chance to clear the cobwebs and gauge where they are at in relation to their rivals. "We enjoyed capacity crowds at each event and delivered high-adrenalin racing and family entertainment and look forward to presenting more events of this kind in the future. "Sharing the passion to be a part of this sport and make it bigger and better, we owe a huge thanks to all of the volunteers and sponsors that gave their time and support to help make these events a success. "Full Throttle Sports would like to congratulate the series winners Craig Anderson, Matt Moss, Jarryd McNeil, Dylan Gosling, Geran Stapleton and Luke Clout, as well as all of the other riders that competed in the events and helped create such incredible racing."
