Turbulent Times Ahead: Uncertainty Shrouds 2023 FIM World Supercross Season. Amidst swirling rumors of cancellations and financial challenges, SX Global addresses the storm, promising a brighter future for the championship series.”

The 2023 FIM World Supercross season finds itself embroiled in a whirlwind of speculation, suggesting a challenging road ahead.

Reports swirling indicate that the aftermath of one cancelled round this year may be a prelude to the possible cancellation of two to three more rounds.

Sources with credibility hint at the potential axing of rounds two and three (Singapore and Germany), while the future of round four in Canada hangs in the balance. Compounding the uncertainty, persistent whispers hint at financial concerns and the jeopardy of the series’ capital partnership. In response, the SX Global group is racing against time to secure essential funds to safeguard the continuation of the season.

In an attempt to quell these rumours, SX Global has issued a statement this morning:

“We acknowledge the rumours that have circulated in the past 24 hours surrounding the FIM World Supercross Championship and its 2023 rounds. Although we’re unable to provide detailed information at this time, we’re on the brink of sharing significant news about the 2023 racing schedule and promising developments that will bolster the championship series. We’ve maintained consistent communication with teams and stakeholders, who have extended their unwavering support. As we approach the conclusion of the 2023 Championship rounds, intense competition will determine the recipients of the prestigious 2023 FIM World Supercross Championship titles this November in Melbourne.”

Stay tuned for further information as it comes to hand.
