South Australian Trail riders will have their chance to try out Yamaha's all new fuel injected WR450 during a planned organised trail ride in the Mount Crawford forest on the 29th of April 2012. Creat-N-Trax a new trail riding company in South Australia has planned for two trail / enduro loops to be carved into the SA Forest which boasts forest tracks between big pines, single track to die for and some technical sections for the experienced riders.
Gerry Jongebloed the owner of Creat-N-Trax has been able organise this unique experience as riding is not normally allowed in the forest except for permitted events and this event will mark the first time a permit has been issued by Forestry SA for an event such as this.
Yamaha has thrown their support behind the event and as well as offering riders the opportunity to ride the new WR450 will also be offering random prizes to riders entered. Yamaha's SA dealer support staff
Rob Baumann is please to help make this event possible.
"Yamaha is pleased to be in a position to support the Mount
Crawford trail ride and offers SA riders their first opportunity to test
ride the 2012 WR450F," said Baumann.
"Yamaha currently supports the SA Off Road Championship Series,
24 Hour Reliability Trial, a Yamaha SA Dealer Race Team and King
of Enduro X events. We also plan to increase support for
recreational riding opportunities in SA in order to benefit the dirt
bike community," Baumann Concluded.
Not only will this event bring a smile to local rider‰Ûªs faces but also to the face of the South Australian charity Foodbank which is a charity that helps people in need. The South Australian Off road series have been a big supporter of this charity for the past three years and with the help of Creat-N-Trax, A sum of $10 from every entry at this event will be donated to Foodbank.
Catering will be available in the form of a BBQ run by the local Mypolonga
Scout Group who will use it as a fundraising activity. Each entrant will
get a meal from the BBQ and a drink as part of their entry.
