Queensland Cup for Junior Stars

Queensland Cup for Junior Stars
The Team at SB Promotions have announced that round one and two of The Australian SX Championships will have a Queensland Cup for the Junior Lites and the 85/150cc class.

"As the Juniors are not a Championship class this year we really wanted to give them a bit more for putting on a show. We'll have a big prize money pool for them and we've dropped our entries down to $70 dollars," Event Promoter Scott Bannan said.

"Parents are coming towards the end of the year and have already spent a fortune getting there kids racing, so we're trying to make it more affordable for them. Some of these guys are racing Jimboomba then racing the SEQ's the next day, as well as The Auzzie Juniors a week later. With the calendar being so packed there's no where to move," Bannan continued.

"So we want the parents and juniors to know we really appreciate the effort. Juniors are so important without them we have no future. There equally important as the Pro's", he concluded.

A prize money breakdown is seen below for the highest point scorers combined over the first 2 rounds and there will also be prize packs on the night. That are way above the normal.

Round 1 kicks off on September 17 and looks to be an awesome way to start the SX season!
