The Beta Australia Enduro Team walked away with a strong haul of results from rounds three and four of the 2025 Australian Enduro Championship (AEC) in Rawson, Victoria, with all three riders landing on the podium across a challenging weekend of racing.
With recent rain making for slippery, hard-packed terrain, Saturday’s racing saw riders tackle an eight-lap, three-hour Cross-Country format that tested endurance and consistency.
Jye Dickson was a front-runner all day, holding down fourth outright for most of the race before slipping to fifth in the closing stages. Despite the late fade, he secured second in the E3 class and fifth in the Pro Enduro standings.
“It was a solid weekend for me. I felt really comfortable on the Beta RR 480 RACE and it’s great to come away with the results both in the Pro Enduro and the E3 class,” Dickson said after the weekend.

Teammate Andrew Wilksch had a tougher start to the Cross-Country, with a crash on lap one pushing him back into the mid-pack. The Victorian rider regrouped well and clawed his way back to sixth in Pro Enduro and third in the ultra-competitive E2 division.
“It was a tough weekend, with a few crashes across both rounds but I’m happy to come away with third place in E2 on both days,” Wilksch reflected.
Queensland’s Ebony Nielsen made a flying start in the Women’s class, taking the lead on lap one. A crash set her back to third, but she dug deep and battled hard to reclaim the position by the end of the race.
Sunday brought improved weather and a return to sprint racing, with riders tackling seven tests on a rough and technical course.
Dickson came out firing for round four, showing blistering pace and slotting into second outright on several tests. He finished the day first in the E3 class and third in Pro Enduro, making it a standout weekend for the defending E3 champion.
Wilksch was once again consistent, grabbing third in five of the seven tests in E2. A small crash cost him a chance to move up the Pro Enduro order, but he still locked down third in E2 and sixth outright.
Nielsen had a more challenging time in Sunday’s sprints but still pushed through for a solid fourth-place finish in the EW class.
“I’m really happy with how the bike went and with how competitive I was this weekend in the EW class, right up front with the girls in the top of the class,” Nielsen said. “I’m continuing to improve and build confidence on the Beta RR 350 RACE 4T with each round.”
The Beta Australia Enduro Team will be back in action when the AEC resumes in Tintinara, South Australia, for rounds five and six on May 31 – June 1.
