Australian Championship winning off road racing team, Penrite Honda Racing will contest the West Coast Supercross series in America with former SX2 Champion Luke Clout and American Mitchell Oldenburg.

Both riders will be on board 2020 CRF250Rs and Mitchell Oldenburg is excited to compete with the team in his home country, after a successful debut with them in Australia this year.

‰ÛÏThey are a great team and have had great success in Australia since 2003 so it‰Ûªs awesome they are heading over to the States to take on West Coast and that I get to be part of it. Consistency is integral and I feel we have great bikes, a great team of people and some excellent partners. The biggest thing for me is the bike; I feel we can do well on it,‰Û

Oldenburg spent most of his amateur career riding on Honda so he has enjoyed being back on the brand of which he has nostalgic ties.

‰ÛÏMy dad had me on Honda‰Ûªs most of my amateur career and I had a lot of success. I know they build great bikes and the 2020 250 is awesome. I got great starts in Australia and I hope to continue that heading into West Coast.‰Û

Clout had a very strong year, winning his first 450 Motocross and Supercross race and taking 2nd overall in the MX1 and SX1 respectively. He hopes to continue to learn and move forward.

‰ÛÏIt‰Ûªs been a big year, I am happy with my results but I know I have a lot to still learn. I will be working hard in America to better my riding and want to learn from the best in the world. I am so thankful for this opportunity.‰Û
