An opportunity exists for a NSW Sales Representative to join their team.
Specific activities of this role include:
‰Û¢ Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business and customers.
‰Û¢ Meets and exceed assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned customers.
‰Û¢ Plan and attend regular meetings with customers.
‰Û¢ Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel (Sales, Management & Account) in assigned customer accounts.
‰Û¢ Provide product knowledge and training to customers.
‰Û¢ Co-ordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers‰Ûª expectations.
‰Û¢ Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
‰Û¢ Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
‰Û¢ Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives and financial targets.
‰Û¢ You will act as the key interface between the customer and all JTR relevant divisions to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
‰Û¢ Write business plans for current and new clients.
‰Û¢ Able to identify and understand the customer‰Ûªs need, propose solutions, close the sale.
‰Û¢ Achieve Targets and KPIs.
To be successful in this role the applicant will satisfy the following criteria;
‰Û¢ Experience in motorcycle parts and accessories.
‰Û¢ Sales Experience
‰Û¢ Honest, reliable, punctual and trustworthy
‰Û¢ Self motivated and hardworking
‰Û¢ Demonstrate the ability to multi task and prioritize workflow to ensure deadlines are met with accuracy.
‰Û¢ Effective communication skills
‰Û¢ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
‰Û¢ Sound computer skills with good attention to detail
‰Û¢ Well developed numeracy and literacy skills
