NSW MX Titles entries held open as round two continues to build

Posted:

Round two of the 2010 The Helmet Warehouse NSW Motocross Championships, presented by High Roller Energy comes to life in just over two-weeks time at Port Macquarie, and with entries filling quick and with an unprecedented atmosphere building, June 9-11 is shaping up as three-days not to be missed.

Following a bumper opening round in Wollongong over the easter long-weekend, Hastings Valley MCC will host what will no doubt be another high-energy event when the club takes on another big field of some of Australia's top Pro and up-and-coming riders in the fight for the 2010 title.

Adding to the build-up, the track was put through its final paces over the weekend, as riders from across the state flocked to Hastings Valley MCC for the Retailers Challenge Open, with everyone giving the track the thumbs up, as preparations hit full-swing for round two of the NSW series.

Based on the interest levels of the Retailers Challenge Open and the hype surrounding the lead-up to Port Macquarie, coinciding with the first-ever Recreational Charity Ride Day to held at Lake Macquarie this weekend, MNSW will delay the entry closing date, and subsequent late entry fee, for round two of the championship by an extra week - giving you until Friday June 4th to get your entry in.

So, you still have time to take your place on the starting grid in Port Macquarie and be a part of NSW's premier motocross series.

To obtain an entry form or for more details, log onto www.motorcycling.com.au or call MNSW on (02) 9635 9177.

The second round of the 2010 The Helmet Warehouse NSW Motocross Championships will take place at the Hastings Valley Motorcycle Raceway - Cowarra Access Rd. Just off the Pacific Hwy before the Oxley Hwy turn-off to Port Macquarie. Spectator entry is just a gold coin donation.
