MSA Finalise Complete 2017 Racing Calendar

Posted:

Motorcycling South Australia (MSA), the State Controlling Body for Motorcycle Sport and Recreation in South Australia have formally announced their major event and State Championship dates for the 2017 race season.

The calendar will be headlined by expanded State Championship series‰Ûª for the associated disciplines, along with a fleet of major national level events to be held around SA.

As previously released, the calendar sees a growth for the South Australian MX Championship from four rounds to five.

The South Australian Off-Road Championship will be contested across six rounds with varied race format compositions, headlined by a two-day event in June in Renmark that will be run in conjunction with two rounds of the Australian Off-Road Championship.

The ever popular 24 Hour event for the South Australian Reliability Trials Series sits as round four through the Eudunda District.

General Manager of MSA, Malcolm Bulley is looking forward to a busy season of racing in 2017. Bulley highlights the growth in rounds and stature of the various State Championships and the number of National level events being held in SA, reflecting the hard work and dedication of the members and affiliated clubs throughout the State.

‰ÛÏI‰Ûªm really looking forward to the busy 2017 race season. It‰Ûªs fantastic to see our State Championship events visiting all corners of the state, headlining the calendar in SA next year." Bulley said.

"MSA is looking forward to supporting our affiliated clubs in the running of their events throughout the season to help ensure they continue to grow and we look forward to being part of an exciting year of racing across SA,‰Û
