MotorCycle Holdings Limited (ASX: MTO) has posted record full-year results for FY2025, with revenue climbing to $650 million – an increase of 11.6 per cent – cementing its position as Australia’s largest motorcycle group.
The company lifted both new and used motorcycle sales, with new units up 8 per cent to 15,637 and used units up 5 per cent to 10,533. Market share rose to 16.6 per cent despite overall industry conditions remaining flat. Wholesale distribution also delivered strong returns, increasing 25 per cent year-on-year.
Chief Executive Officer Matthew Wiesner said the results reflected growth across multiple parts of the business, as well as the benefits of new product categories and a strong digital focus.
“FY2025 has been an exceptional year of growth for MotorCycle Holdings Limited,” Wiesner said. “We’ve grown sales across new and used motorcycles, expanded into new categories like off-highway and watercraft, and invested in digital initiatives that will make it easier and more rewarding for customers to shop with us.”
Online sales surged 59 per cent, a result Wiesner said would provide a platform for the company’s next stage of development. “Throughout FY2026 we will continue to focus on our digital and data proposition,” he confirmed. “It’s critical we have an omnichannel approach to better serve our customers – they expect a seamless experience online, offline and in-store, so we will deliver that over the next 12 months.”
From July, MCH added Peter Stevens and Harley-Heaven dealerships in South Australia, Victoria and Western Australia, further strengthening its national presence. The company now operates 55 retail and wholesale sites across Australia and New Zealand, including names such as Mojo Motorcycles, Morgan & Wacker and Cassons.
The business has also expanded into new categories, including off-highway vehicles and watercraft through recent Can-Am and BRP Sea-Doo acquisitions, broadening its reach to adventure riders, families and outdoor enthusiasts.
Wiesner said the company’s focus now is on enhancing the customer journey. “We know riders want choice, convenience and connection. That’s why we’re investing in new digital and data platforms to enhance the way customers discover, buy and service their motorcycles. It’s about making every touchpoint in-store or online easier and more engaging.”
