Lusty Industries PTY LTD is a fast growing National Distribution Company that supplies the Action Sports Industries Australia Wide. A Vacancy exists for a bright, motivated and self-reliant individual to maximize the sales potential for the territory of Victoria through an existing and potential new motorcycle and bicycle dealer network and other action sports retail locations.
This role is suited to a self reliant individual who has had a demonstrated previous experience in face to face sales whilst maintaining a well organized sales planner with impeccable communication skills.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Maintain a consistent and self managed sales pattern of mostly* face to face sales throughout the territory of VIC, developing run schedules to suit the needs of the business
- Regular and effective communication within the company and our dealers
- Have a willingness to exceed the company's sales growth
- Develop and exceed our existing dealer relationship expectations
- Focus on training and educating product ranges to current and new staff within the dealer network
- Be self reliant, punctual and well organized
- Report daily a journal, email or phone call of the day's events
- Keep dealer up to date with the latest specials, pricing, stock events, catalogues and any other materials that will aid in increased sales
- Willingness to attend events and trade shows as a representative of Lusty Industries
- Be well versed with B2B
Requirements - 3 - 5 years territory retail sales experience
- A self-reliant achiever with the ability to work independently and set and adjust priorities
- A detail orientated, well organised individual with relationship development skills
- Ability to travel 5 days a week
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software platforms
- Valid drivers license
