Lightweight Motorcycle Club ready for 2011 Annual Arenacross

Posted:

West Australia's Lightweight Motorcycle Club will hold their annual Arenacross Junior Senior Open Event at Hendley Park Byford on the Saturday 12 November 2011.

The clubs purpose built Arenacross track is under lights and the only full time hard pack track, in Western Australia. This track will make for a very fast, exciting and challenging event with spectacular viewing for spectators who are close to the action.

Most of the new 2011 State junior and senior champions will be riding for either their share of trophies or seniors there share of the $10,000 prize money up for grabs. The two pro class (open and lite) riders will be racing in three 10 minute motos to accumulate points to win their class.

The $1000 Pro shoot out will showcase the talents of pro riders who will compete in an elimination event over one lap sprints until the last two riders are left. This shoot out promises spectacular riding moves that will take your breath away as riders compete against each other to be the last man standing.

This event is also a great opportunity to see our future champions in action with the young guns battling it out for trophies in their class from four years old riding the 50cc bikes up to 16 years on the 250cc bikes.

Full canteen and bar facilities are available. There is NO BYO allowed and cars may be checked for alcohol.

Entry forms for Riders are available from www.motorcyclingwa.org.au and www.lightweightmcc.com.au
