KTM Join MySport Live To Give Aussie Junior MX Unprecedented Coverage

Posted:

KTM Australia will provide such great support for riders at next week‰Ûªs KTM Junior Nationals at Horsham, Victoria that they could be accused of spoiling the kids!

As the naming rights sponsor, KTM Australia will partner with My Sport Live (who most recently provided live commentary to the MX Nationals final at Coolum) to provide live commentary across the entire final day of competition as the new raft of Aussie junior champions is revealed and crowned.

Known as KTM TV, the coverage can be viewed through the KTM Australia Facebook page and will feature interviews and more.

A special live, hour-long Thursday afternoon panel show hosted by Kevin Williams will take place at 4pm and will feature some of the most respected members of the KTM fold, starting with the boss, two-time Mister Motocross and World 500cc Vice Champion Jeff Leisk.

Leisk will be joined by one of the most respected Team Managers in the game - Rob Twyerould, riders Daniel McCoy and Kirk Gibbs, and KTM Junior Racing Team champion-builder Glenn Macdonald as they discuss the week‰Ûªs various events and emerging hotshots.

Through the week KTM will have a massive supporting presence on the ground, starting with KTM Technical Service which will be there for the duration of the event as a support centre for KTM owners requiring setup advice and support for any mechanical emergencies.

KTM Spare Parts Service in conjunction with Geelong‰Ûªs Moto Tech KTM will also be there, carrying general consumables like brakes, sprockets and chains to breakables. It‰Ûªs even possible to order certain major parts if required.

Tim Cole, the KTM race team physiologist will be doing the rounds offering all competitors advice on diet, training, recovery and all the tricks to keeping their bodies coping with a week of frenzied motocross action.

From Thursday, Motorex KTM Team Manager and KTM Technical Services Manager for Australia and New Zealand Rob Twyerould will also be there, and his impressive wealth of knowledge and experience will be accessible for help and advice to KTM owners. Free.

‰ÛÏA level of involvement like this is quite unique,‰Û
