The Aussie Dave Racing Team and KneeDraggers.com have announced that KneeDraggers.com has joined forces with the ADR team to make an assault on the 2012 AMA Pro Racing Championship motorcycle road racing season.

The KneeDraggers.com Motul Fly Racing team will contest all eleven rounds and maintain at least three riders in both the AMA Pro National Guard SuperBike and AMA Pro SuperSport classes.

Since 2006 the Aussie Dave Racing Team has participated in AMA Pro Racing and has been a consistent top 10 competitor. In 2011, the team ran an abbreviated season in the AMA Superbike race series and split their racing with events across the Atlantic in the British Superbike Championship series. The current team consists of three riders, a team manager, four full and part-time technicians, and a PR and team co-coordinator.

Team owner, principle rider, lead mechanic and engineer, rider manager and ‰ÛÒ in his off time ‰ÛÒ instructor "Aussie Dave" Anthony, is a world-class racer who has competed in race series from Australia to Britain, and for the last six years has taken his skills to the diverse circuits of the U.S.A. in the AMA Pro Racing paddock.

"The new partnership will have significant benefit to the ADR team," said Anthony. "We had an incredible 2011 season, but with KneeDraggers.com helping us push for the front of the pack this year, we are anxiously looking forward to the 2012 AMA Pro racing season".

"This could be our best season yet!" he concluded

KneeDraggers.com Motul Fly Racing team will field rider and team owner "Aussie Dave" Anthony and Jordan Burgess in the top SuperBike class riding the #25 and #33, Suzuki GSXR-1000 race machines, respectively.

Newcomer to the team, rider Rocco "The Hitman" Horvath, will compete in the SuperSport series riding a Yamaha YZF-R6 sporting #14. Throughout the season, the team will also likely participate in Daytona SportBike events as well.

"We are very excited to be joining the ADR Team's challenge for an AMA Pro Racing Championship, returning to a professional road race series, and the opportunities this will bring to KneeDraggers in the future," KneeDraggers.com CEO and President Bill Butcher stated about the partnership."

before going on to say,"We are looking forward to standing alongside this competitive AMA Pro racing team at the legendary and historic Daytona 200 in Florida later this month. It will be a great race and I hope we will see you there! "

Team manager Rob Pippins, who was instrumental in putting the new arrangement in place, said, "We are exceedingly excited to have KneeDraggers.com on board as title sponsor of the ADR program for the 2012 season. They will bring a lot to our team, and with their assistance, we should be able to do many things we were unable to do before."
