JPM Kawasaki and Ryan Alexanderson have mutually agreed to part ways following Round 4 of the 2026 ProMX Championship at Toowoomba, bringing an early end to their partnership as the season moves into its second half.

The JPM 360 Developments Team, the official Kawasaki-supported MX2/MXW program across both the ProMX Championship and AUSX Championship in 2026, confirmed the split while continuing its commitment to the MX2 class with Jayce Cosford and Deegan Rose remaining under the JPM banner for the rest of the season.

JPM Kawasaki thanked Alexanderson for his efforts and professionalism during his time with the team.

“We would like to thank Ryan for his efforts, commitment and contribution during his time with the team,” the statement read. “On behalf of everyone at JPM Kawasaki, we wish Ryan all the very best in his future endeavours and success moving forward. Thank you Ryan, and all the best.”

On track, Alexanderson’s final outing with the team came at Toowoomba, where he finished eighth overall in MX2 and sits seventh in the championship standings. His strongest result of the season came at Round 2 in Canberra, where he claimed fourth overall.
